There are a few options for you to choose from when it comes to accessing a relaxed state through touch. I offer Swedish, Parasympathetic Nervous System Reset, Myofascial and Thai Stretch. Choose one, or combine them according to your needs.

Energy Work

Energy work is perfect to add on to bodywork or can be done as a stand alone service. Reiki, craniosacral and chakra balancing is available.

Oracle Card Readings

Oracle cards are one of my favorite tools that I’ve been using for 30 years to bring clarity to situations that are otherwise muddy. Add pulling cards to any session or let’s sit down for a focused reading.
